🎥 Show off your musical skills in the TomContest 2024!

Over the last years, thousands of you have taken part in our TomContests (check out our previous editions). You can see all TomContest video entries for this year’s contest as they are posted on social media by you, the Tomplay band! 

This year, the TomContest is back with a 6th edition: TomContest 2024! We love watching your videos and listening to you play music with Tomplay, so why not take part in our contest and be in with the chance of winning some amazing prizes : x3 Yamaha Prizes; 1 x 64GB iPad and 10 x Tomplay gift cards (offering a one-year subscription to Tomplay)!

The competition is now open and all musicians can take part, whatever your instrument, level or location!

Deadline for sending us your video: Midnight CET on Friday 20th December 2024.

How do I enter the TomContest 2023?

1. Open the Tomplay app and choose any piece you like.
2. Film yourself playing at least 20 seconds of the piece using Tomplay. (But feel free to record more!)
3. Post the video on your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account and include the hashtag #tomcontest2024 in the caption. If you’re unsure of how to share your video, check out our tutorials on how to enter via Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
4. You will automatically be entered into our draw.

 

Please make sure your account is set to public. However, you can either temporarily make it public for the duration of the contest (learn how to do this here - Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) or if you’d rather not, you can upload your video to YouTube and send it directly to our customer service team. Remember to include the hashtag #tomcontest2024 in the caption! 

 

Will I received confirmation that I entered the TomContest 2024?

We do not send individual confirmation, however if you post your video on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #tomcontest2024, then your entry has been received. No need to do anything else! We also have live feeds of each social media platform on our website - we share every entry so you should be able to see your video. Please note, the social media feeds are updated every 24 hours so please be patient. Your video will appear eventually.

 

When the winners be announced?

Every year we receive lots of wonderful entries, so it really depends on how many we get. We therefore don’t have a set date, however we always try to announce winners at the beginning of January. We do work as quickly as possible but we need some time to ensure we have received every entry. All winners will be contacted via the social media platform they entered on, or via customer service (if they choose to keep their profile private).
