If you are facing a latency problem after connecting your Bluetooth device to your computer, please try closing and re-opening your browser.
If the cursor on the score is offset from the audio track, you can manually adjust the latency and remove the lag by following these steps:
- Click on "Settings" in the top-right corner of the score.
- Increase the "Latency" value to reduce the lag of the cursor. For Bluetooth speakers/headphones, you will normally need to set the latency between 200 and 400. If you are using Airplay speakers, you may need to set this value to over 1,000.
If you are experiencing other sound issues when connecting to a Bluetooth device, it is important to check that no other external device is connected to your computer. If another device is already connected to your computer, it may cause interference.
