I received a Tomplay gift card. How do I redeem it?

If you have received a Tomplay Gift Card, the activation code and instructions are written on the gift card. 

There are two types of gift cards: Gift cards for a one-year subscription to Tomplay (unlimited access to the whole catalogue for one year) and gift cards of a set amount of money credited to your account so you can purchase sheet music titles (lifetime access to selected scores). The gift card type is written on the card, and you can always contact us to convert your gift card to the other type.

Activate a one-year subscription gift card:

1. Go to www.tomplay.com
2. Click on "Go Premium" at the top-right corner and select the annual subscription.
3. Create an account or log in to your account (ignore this stage if you have already signed into your account).
4. Enter your code in the corresponding field at the bottom right-hand side and click on "Activate".
5. Enter your payment details and click on "Start free trial". You now have unlimited access to the Tomplay catalogue for one year.

You can only redeem the gift card code on our website. After activating your gift card subscription on the website, you can download the Tomplay apps for iPad/iPhone (from the App Store), Android (from the Google Play Store) or PC/Mac, log in to the same account, and download scores from there.

Activate a set amount gift card to purchase sheet music titles: 

1. Go to www.tomplay.com. Create an account or log in to your account on the top right-hand side of the website.
2. Click on "Sheet Music Catalogue" in the top menu and add items to your basket.
3. Click on your basket at the top of the screen and then on "Proceed to checkout".
4. Enter your code in the corresponding promo code field and click on "Activate". Please ensure you enter capitals and lower case correctly.
5. Your code will be automatically applied, and the order amount will be deducted from your balance. When you next purchase a score on our website, your balance will be updated accordingly. 

You can only redeem your gift card and use the credit on the website, following the steps above. Once you have completed these steps, you can download the Tomplay apps for iPad/iPhone (from the App Store), Android (from the Google Play Store) or PC/Mac, log in to the same account, and import your purchases in "My scores":
