I am an independent teacher and would like a discounted offer. How do I request this?

We offer discounts for independent teachers and their students. Follow the steps below to use our self-service offer and unlock the teacher/student discount. If you wish to subscribe more than 10 students, please contact us here for a customised offer. 

To access our special teacher rates, please follow these steps:

1. Download the iOS app, the Android app or create an account here if you are using a PC or Mac.

2. When you create your account, select the “I am a Teacher” level then enter your full name and the name of your institution. If you are an independent teacher, you can mention it instead of the institution name. 

3. Once your account has been confirmed, you will get a discount on your subscription as well as the benefits mentioned below.

Your teacher account gives you access to the following benefits: 

1. A discount on the monthly and annual subscription.

2. Scores on demand: Every quarter during a subscription, teachers and students can request scores which are not yet available in the catalogue.

3. We have a dedicated teacher/student service team available 7 days a week. 

To ensure your students get access to the discount for a monthly or annual Tomplay subscription, please follow the steps below:

• On our website, go to "My account", then “Manage students” in the "My Profile" section. 

• If you are using the app:

1. Go to "Profile" and "My Students".

2. Enter the email address of your student and click "Send an invite". If your student already has a Tomplay account, you still need to send them an invitation to activate the discount. 

3. Your student will receive an email invitation. They should then create an account with the same email address you sent the invitation to. 

4. Once your student creates their account, the discount will be automatically activated. Their status will go from "Pending" to "Active".
