How do Tomplay gift cards work?

Tomplay gift cards are the perfect present for any musician. 
You can choose between subscription gift cards, which give unlimited access to the full Tomplay catalogue, and value gift cards, which can be used to buy individual sheet music titles from the Tomplay catalogue. 

🛍️ How to purchase a Tomplay gift card

1. Log in or create your Tomplay account. 
   You need an account to create, download, and access your gift card after purchase.

Please note that it is not possible to purchase a gift card for yourself.

1. Click here to start creating your gift card.
2. Choose the delivery method. 
   You can print the gift card yourself or send it by email as a PDF. 
   You can also select the delivery date and time.
3. Add a personal message and select the type of gift card you wish to offer:
4. One-year subscription gift card – Gives unlimited access to the entire Tomplay catalogue (except the Music Theory section) for one year. 
   After the gift period ends, the subscription continues automatically with an annual renewal, which the recipient can cancel at any time.

• Six-month subscription gift card – Gives unlimited access for six months. 
  After the gift period ends, it continues automatically with a monthly renewal, which the recipient can cancel at any time.
• Three-month subscription gift card – Gives unlimited access for three months. 
  After the gift period ends, it continues automatically with a monthly renewal, which the recipient can cancel at any time.
• Value gift card – Available in fixed amounts that can be used to buy individual sheet music titles or collections on the Tomplay website. 
  The recipient can add the credit to their Tomplay account and keep lifetime access to all purchased titles.

💡 Tip: Subscription gift cards are ideal for musicians who practise regularly, while value gift cards are perfect for occasional players.

5. Select a gift card design and confirm your purchase on the payment page.
6. Download or print the gift card.

• If you selected the printed version, you can download and print it from the confirmation page.
• You can also find it later under My Account →  My Billing Information → View transaction history. 

🎟️ How the recipient redeems a Tomplay gift card 

For subscription gift cards (3-month, 6-month, or 1-year):

1. The recipient can redeem the gift card on the Tomplay website or in the Tomplay app (recommended).
2. They enter the voucher code printed on the gift card.
3. If they do not yet have a Tomplay account, they can create one.
4. The subscription activates immediately after redemption.
5. After the gift period ends, access continues automatically unless the recipient cancels the renewal.

For value gift cards:

1. These can be redeemed and used only on the Tomplay website to buy sheet music titles or collections.
2. The recipient enters the voucher code on the website to add the balance to their Tomplay account.
3. They can then use the balance to purchase sheet music, which will remain available in their account for life.
