Please note, this feature is only available in the Tomplay apps. You cannot currently create or see your personal folders and playlists in your account on the Tomplay website.
To create a folder, click on the “My scores” tab in the app then press on the "..." icon at the top right-hand corner and click on "Create folder". Name your folder and click “Confirm”.
Then add the scores you want to include in your new folder and click “Finish”.
You can put your scores in any order you want within the folder. To do this, click on the folder and press the "..." icon in the top right-hand corner and click on "Rearrange scores". Press on the six dots to the right of the score name and slide the score up or down.
Please note that when you delete a score from a folder, it will remain in the “My scores” section (scores are copied into folders, not moved). If you delete a score from the “My scores” section, it will remain in the folder.
In the folder, you can also create a Playlist to play scores one after the other, with no break between scores. To do this, go to the folder, press on the "..." icon in the top right-hand corner and click on the “Playlist Mode” button. Once you reach the end of a score, it will automatically load the next one (the cursor must reach the end of the last bar to automatically open the next score).
You can change the order of the playlist by reordering the pieces within the folder, as explained above.

How many prints do I have
Dear Beth, thank you for your comment.
Our yearly subscription includes 48 score prints per year (and our monthly subscription includes 4 score prints per month). Once you print a score, you can print it multiple times without it counting against your print quota. You can find more information about the printing feature in this article: https://tomplay.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/8146108797596-Print-the-score
Please do not hesitate to write to us at contact@tomplay.com if you have any further question, we would be happy to help you!
Best regards,
Tomplay Support team
