This feature displays the name of each note directly on your sheet music as you play, a perfect way for beginners to learn to read music or for anyone wanting to reinforce their note-reading skills.
It is available on most scores for Piano, Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Violin, Viola, Cello, Recorder, and Oboe.
When browsing music for your instrument, you can easily find scores that include this feature by going to the Search section, opening the Filters, and selecting Note Names.
How to enable it?
- Open a supported score.
- Click or tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Enable Show Note Names to display them on the sheet music.
- Choose your preferred musical notation (ABC, AHC, or Do–Ré–Mi) under Define Notation.
